Reproductive healthcare decisions belong to individuals — not politicians and not someone else’s beliefs.

Reproductive freedom is about power — and who gets to control women’s bodies and lives. Arizona has been ground zero for some of the most extreme attacks on reproductive freedom in the country. These laws don’t protect families — they criminalize healthcare, create fear, and put lives at risk.

Too many lawmakers have shown they are willing to use government force, criminal law, and religious justification to control private medical decisions. That is government intrusion at its most personal level.

The Arizona Legislature can either safeguard reproductive freedom or continue down a path of political control over deeply personal health decisions. I will always stand on the side of personal liberty, medical privacy, and bodily autonomy.

As a State Senator, I will fight to:

• Protect and restore full legal access to abortion and reproductive healthcare in Arizona

• Oppose any attempt to criminalize patients or providers

• Ensure access to contraception, prenatal care, and postpartum care

• Defend the right of individuals to make decisions with their doctors — free from political interference

Reproductive freedom also protects families and shared futures. When government forces pregnancy outcomes, it overrides the autonomy of households and partners alike. These decisions belong to people — not the state.
